1) For the progressions (particularly squat/split squat) is the goal to reach the last progression before you add begin adding weight?

2) Do you have any advice for if leg extension quad isos hurt the injured knee at full extension? I’m 2.5 years post injury (no surgery) and it still feels like there’s a bruise in there even at the lightest weight.
