The Best Learning Resources for People with Busy Lifestyle

Working a boring 9-6 desk job, plus working on some of my personal projects in the evening, I try to maximise the use of my spare time and only do what I really enjoy – spending time with my family, hanging out with friends, going to the theatre or cinema etc.

On top of these day to day socialising activities, like many of you out there I hardly get any free time to myself reading blog posts learning about my body or take the time to review my own physical conditions.

The only time I have left to use seems to be my commute to work and back.

I have recently come across this resource which I can utilise to learn about lower back pain, or anything really, during my commute, which made a huge positive impact in my life.

The resource I am talking about is Audible

Recommendation #2: Crooked: Outwitting the Back Pain Industry and Getting on the Road to Recovery

Crooked: Outwitting the Back Pain Industry and Getting on the Road to Recovery

Crooked: Outwitting the Back Pain Industry and Getting on the Road to Recovery is written and narrated by Cathryn Jakobson Ramin.  People’s reviews saying that “I don’t think a professional narrator could have read this with the same authority as the author.”,  and “Throughout, I could feel her frustration at solutions that didn’t work, as well as contentment with those that gave relief. Having been through many of the frustrations myself, I’m glad for the untried suggestions she has offered and am already on that path”

Recommendation #3: The 7-Minute Back Pain Solution

7-Minute Back Pain Solution

The 7-Minute Back Solution doesn’t get as good reviews as the other two but it does seem rather fitting for people like us who lives a busy lifestyle.  With 7 Simple Exercises to try just a few minutes a day.
