Quick Tips:
- To maximize the stretch, try to add your head in as well – drop your head when you are pulling your stomach in, look up when you are arching your back
- People with Anterior Pelvic Tilt should have no problem with getting the arching bit down, but sucking your stomach in and creating that back curve would be challenging – always engage your abs/core to get the best result
- For people with Anterior Pelvic Tilt, this is a very good exercise/stretch
