  1. Hi, can you make a video please on how to stretch your hamstrings when you
    have an anterior pelvic tilt. I’ve read from numerous sources that when you
    have APT you should NOT touch your toes as it will make it worse. The thing
    is, I need to stretch my hamstrings when I play football (soccer) otherwise
    I can injure myself..

  2. What’s annoying is if you don’t do the exercises to fix your APT for one
    day, you’ll feel tight again. You literally gotta make sure you do them
    everyday. I try to do them twice a day (morning and night)
