    “flossing” is the best way to mobilise the neural tissue through the
    posterior chain soft tissue and muscles – freeing up the back of the leg
    tension and lower back. Neural tissue elongates up to 8% but you can’t
    stretch and lengthen it like muscle over time – you can only mobilise and
    free it up – aiming to reduce neural tension in the legs. hips and lower
