  1. I hope this video helps you. These exercises are simple and very effective.
    You will also need to stretch your Pec Major (on the doorway), Pec Minor
    (interlocked your hands behind your back & squeeze your shoulder blades
    together) & Lats (lift your R or L hand straight in the air, then bend ur
    elbow so that your hand goes behind your back, repeat on the other side)
    Hold for 15-30 seconds and repeat 3-4 x a day. Since u mentioned u sleep on
    your side, one side will be tighter than the other.

  2. I am unsure of what the exercise face pull looks like but if they help
    prevent forward head posture then yes I would agree since forward head
    posture can pull the neck and other important structures out of alignment.

  3. This looks great. Do yoy agree that face pulls if done correct are great
    for better posture?
