  2. The only thing I can think of is I had a car that was acting up and I
    backed into a tree and it did jerk my head. Thanks Paula for answering my
    comment. What ever my problem is its worked on all if my muscles from head
    to toe. I know my middle back is crooked some. 

  3. Well instead of having a curve in my neck after seeing my x-ray …my neck
    is straight….my muscles are pulling at my neck. I didn’t know muscles can
    do that. I have been going to my Chiropacter over a month. My shoulder is
    getting better. I need to get my hip straighten out before I go back to
    work in may. What are good exercises for a hip?
