  2. Yes we would like the activation video, please… BTW ankle mobilization
    worked great. Will try these out as well. Need more advice on ankles if you
    can help. Both my ankles but especially the left one are messed up. I’m
    guessing its due to getting my ankle twisted many times in the past. They
    basically collapse inwards. Would mobilizing and activating help for this??
